enclose the room for year round use. We specified the following.

* RENEWAL BY ANDERSEN DOUBLE GLIDING WINDOWS TERRATONE OUT WHITE IN.
* INSULATED PARAGON FULL LITE STEEL DOOR.
* ELECTRICAL PACKAGE INCLUDING AMANA HEAT PUMP PROVIDING YEAR ROUND COMFORT.
